I got my new press yesterday and tried it out….all I can say is WOW. Well, probably a little more than that, but I am honestly SO impressed with the press, the Alpha Double Green Paper (have not tried the others yet), the colors…and MOST importantly with how dedicated you are to your customers!

I looked at a few different places online and they had not put anywhere near the effort as you did to write and post all kinds of information about their products….add to that your courteous and quick replies to my emails…you are definitely the best choice on the Net.”

Wow! What a website!! Tonight I placed an online order for one of your heat press deals (and inks) and I wanted you to know why. I figured that anyone who would teach me as much as you guys do (without me having spent a dime) had the knowledge that I needed.

Yes, I found some prices a little cheaper than yours (I don’t know if the stuff was as good as yours but it was a little cheaper). But that didn’t matter to me. I have been in business before and I know how valuable the knowledge and experience of pros can be and you guys obviously know your stuff. They solved all of my problems, and were patient, and they were more than generous in their efforts to make sure my sublimation system worked as I hoped. "Jack, Just wanted to let you know my further experience with your inks and Double Green Line paper on t-shirts. Have also done several dark shirts with the Alpha Gold Dark. Pressed at 360 for 20 seconds, medium pressure. Results were outstanding! Also did an order with Alpha Double Green on customer provided store-bought Hanes, white 50/50's. I did those for 390 for 25 seconds and got excellant results. I got 4 orders today for over 150 shirts total once the customers saw samples! Guess my screen-printing will take a back seat to heat transfers. Got to go now - need to order more Double Green!!! FYI - & keep up the good work!!"

"Hi, I wasn't sure how to put the subject. I just wanted to pass along some information to you as to how your products helped us. We are still just experimenting with doing tee shirts, but making a few bucks here and there. Right now it pays for supplies and helps pay for mistakes. We did tee shirts for my daughter's jazz band at her school. Her teacher wanted black shirts with white letters that said "GOT JAZZ?". I knew that I could use my dye sub ink for that so I tried to talk him into white shirts with black print. He said no and since I can't do screen printing, I bought Alpha Gold Dark.
